• Delivery to a UK single main land address home, work or elsewhere.
• All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or their representative. 
• Deliveries are made during normal business hours between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If there is no one at your delivery address during these hours this may cause a delay of your delivery.
• When you place an order your delivery date will depend on the option you have chosen at the checkout.
• The exact cost of delivery is clearly shown when you choose your delivery option whilst ordering.
• R & R Trophies makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive within the specified delivery times. However, deliveries are made by third parties and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond R & R Trophies control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
• R & R Trophies cannot accept responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect details supplied by its customers.
• All deliveries are carried out by insured couriers.
• All orders from R&R Trophies are specially packed in strong cartons with plenty of padding to protect them from any damage
