How do we confirm your order?
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order after you have placed your order online.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is based on the timescale chosen at checkout.

Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to an alternative address?
You will have the option at the checkout to choose your delivery address if it is different to your billing address.

What happens to my order if I am not in when the delivery arrives?
If you are not in when your delivery arrives, the courier should leave you a card. You can normally arrange for a re-delivery or collect the parcel from your local courier’s depot.

Can I call you to place an order or find out more about a product?
If you prefer to place your order over the telephone or require any further information regarding our products or engraving please call us on 01252 447144.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the unlikely event of us not being able to supply you with any item from your order for any reason including out of stock items, we will contact to you to arrange a suitable replacement.

Can we personalise ribbons and centres?

What methods of payment do you accept?
R&R trophies accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Pay Pal. If you are concerned about using your credit card over the internet, you can telephone us with your payment details. 

Online security
Our safe shopping site uses a secure payment gateway “Sage Pay” who is 100% PCI compliant ensuring all your details are completely safe. Sage Pay are among the world leaders in handling safe transactions over the internet.

Damages and returns
In the unusual event that you receive damaged or missing items you must contact us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. For further details refer to our returns policy.

Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the delivery. All goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them unopened and in its original box and packaging. Goods that have been engraved by R&R Trophies at the customer’s request cannot be cancelled.
All cancelled goods are returned at the customer’s expense and for your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please notify us by email or telephone before returning any goods; we will advise you within two working days of the return address.
We will return the costs of any cancelled products within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do make a charge of 25 percent of the total value of the order to cover the costs of re-polishing, packing and re-shelving the awards.
