General

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the following terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to use any logos on our products or products we have supplied to our customers for marketing purposes.
• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Prices

• All product prices are in English Pounds, all prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to amend product prices at any time.

Description

• All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guidelines only.
• R & R trophies Ltd will not accept responsibility for engraving errors or mistakes made by the purchaser when ordering the goods. Our engravers reserve the right to all engraving layouts on all products engraved not agreed with the purchaser.

Deliveries & Carriage

• The exact delivery cost for the various time sensitive delivery options are clearly shown when you are given the valid delivery options for your order. All delivery charges are clearly shown when you choose your delivery option. Orders placed before 5.00pm on a working day will be processed that day and delivered as per your requested delivery option.

Payments

• R & R trophies Ltd accept all major credit cards via our secure online site. We will also accept credit card payments over the telephone. We will accept bacs and other electronic payments by arrangement.
• We will accept payments by cheques, but the goods will not be released until the cheque has cleared.

Returns

• Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Cancellation

• The customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the delivery. All goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them unopened and in its original box and packaging. Goods that have been engraved by R & R Trophies.com at the customer’s request cannot be cancelled. All cancelled goods are returned at the customer’s expense and for your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
• Please notify us by email or telephone before returning any goods; we will advise you within two working days of the return address. We will return the costs of any cancelled products within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do make a charge of 25 percent of the total value of the order to cover the costs of re-polishing, packing and re-shelving the awards.

Complaints

• In the unlikely event that a customer wishes to make a complaint regarding our service or products that have been supplied by R & R Trophies Ltd, would they please email there complaint or details of their problems to; This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will do our best to resolve or rectify any issues as soon as possible. We welcome feedback good or bad as this will allow us to improve our service to you.
• Customer Service: Our normal office hours are 9-am to 5-0pm Monday to Friday.
